Ordering Information

Placing Orders

Payment processing is provided by PayPal.
Click on the PayPal button to learn more.

Availability / Order Fulfillment

All items are in stock, or can be created within 48 hours.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of placement.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via email.

Shipping

Charges for shipping are calculated for each order as follows:

Total Order Weight	Shipping Charge
Up to 1 lbs.	$6.50
Up to 3 lbs.	$10.00
Up to 6 lbs.	$14.50
Up to 10 lbs.	$18.00
Over 10 lbs.	$25.00

Please note: AmboGraphics only fills orders shipped to destinations in the United States.

Tax

Sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to destinations in the state of California.
Shipping charges are not taxed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you may return it within 30 days of receipt to:

Please send an email to service@ambographics.com prior to returning items.
Returned items must be in resalable condition.
Original invoice must be included with return.
A refund of your merchandise and tax total will be processed upon receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Special Orders

AmboGraphics is happy to fill special order requests.
If you would like a specific color of mat and/or frame, or you prefer your print matted but unframed,
or you would like an assortment of note cards, please let me know.
Just send an email to service@ambographics.com with your special order request.
Be sure to include your complete shipping address so that I can calculate
the appropriate sales tax and shipping charges.
If I can accommodate your request, I will create a PayPal invoice for your order and attach it to my reply.
You are not obligated in any way to place the order.

Non-PayPal Orders

If you do not wish to use PayPal, you can pay for your order with a check or money order.
Send an email to service@ambographics.com, specifying which items you would like to purchase.
Be sure to include your complete shipping address so that I can calculate
the appropriate sales tax and shipping charges.
I will create a manual invoice for your order and attach it to my reply.
You are not obligated in any way to place the order.
If you wish to make the purchase, print and return the invoice to me by mail,
accompanied by your check or money order.
Please note: If you pay for your order with a personal or business check,
I will wait 10 business days for your check to clear before shipping your order.

Resellers

I would be happy to have you carry AmboGraphics products in your store.
Individual note cards are supplied in clear plastic sleeves, and are priced at $1.50 each.
Also available are framed prints and framed Art & Verse selections,
at a cost of $25 and $40, respectively.
Order minimum is $100.
I charge actual shipping cost plus $3.50 handling per order.
To place your order, please send an email to service@ambographics.com,
specifying how many of each product you would like to purchase.
Be sure to provide your resellers number.
I will create a PayPal invoice for your order and attach it to my reply.
If you wish to make the purchase, you may use Paypal to make your payment,
or you can print and return the invoice to me by mail, accompanied by your check or money order.
Please note: If you pay for your order with a business check,
I will wait 10 business days for your check to clear before shipping your selections.
